Our seasonal take on the classic London fog — the usual earl grey tea is replaced with Marrakesh mint green tea, sweetened with maple and vanilla syrups, and topped with steamed milk of your choice.

We googled the flavors of Ireland, and our search results included mint, maple, and vanilla. In a flurry of inspiration, we came up with the Dublin Fog. It hit the spot and made the March specials list.
